Our client, a leading SaaS subscription management platform provider, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and system configuration initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Implementation , this role is responsible for the hands‑on execution of client implementations, ensuring customers are successfully set up and supported during their onboarding into the subscription billing platform.
This role is suited to an individual contributor who enjoys technical problem‑solving, structured delivery work, and client collaboration within established implementation frameworks.

- Salary : $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do :
Support end-to-end implementation activities for assigned customer accounts under the direction of the Manager, ImplementationConfigure subscription billing workflows, pricing structures, invoicing logic, and payment settings within the platformAssist with data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, testing, and bulk importsApply a solution‑based approach to understand client requirements and implement standard or semi‑custom configurationsProvide technical support related to subscription billing logic, payments, and system integrationsParticipate in client onboarding calls, requirements reviews, and configuration walkthroughsCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolutionTroubleshoot implementation issues, escalating complex or high‑risk items as requiredMaintain clear documentation of configurations, implementation steps, and client requirementsContribute to process improvements, templates, and internal documentation to support scalable deliveryTechnical Requirements :
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats such as JSON or XMLWorking understanding of SaaS platforms and subscription billing conceptsExposure to data migration, data mapping, and bulk import processesBasic SQL skills for data validation or troubleshooting
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanupFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks)Exposure to payment platformsBasic understanding of financial reporting and revenue recognition conceptsQualifications :
2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, or technical support rolesExperience supporting client‑facing technical work in a structured delivery environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyDetail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyComfortable working under guidance and within established processes while building independent capabilityCurious, adaptable, and open to learning new tools, systems, and technologiesInterest in AI‑enabled tools or automation is considered an assetWillingness to take ownership of assigned work and follow issues through to resolutionOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
