Market Manager
Our client, one of Canada’s largest independent IT companies serving SMEs is seeking a Market Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have passion for all-things-marketing, thrive in fast-paced environments and have a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?
- Develop yearly program strategies aimed at expanding the customer acquisition portfolio, encompassing a comprehensive conversion funnel from start to finish
- Actively search for and recognize fresh avenues for funnel growth through collaborations with both internal and external entities.
- Discover insights driven by data, always keeping business objectives in focus
- Take charge of cross-functional projects to execute the strategy, covering tasks like prioritization, execution, and performance reporting
What’s Needed?
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and communications or similar / relevant field
- Proficient in business strategy, analytical reasoning, business case development, and project management
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively, essential for securing buy-in from cross-functional teams to meet priorities without direct authority
- Solid understanding of SaaS & MSP industry dynamics
