Responsibilities -Contributing to the daily operations of HR, GA, and Accounting functions.-Managing payroll processing, including tasks such as incorporating new hire details, retroactive adjustments, etc.

on a monthly basis- Facilitating the recruitment process for all positions within the Vancouver office, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and negotiation of offers.

  • Assisting in the Onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.- Maintaining knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Compiling and reporting HR-related data to the Headquarters HR Team.- Acting as a liaison between the Headquarters and the Vancouver Team, including reporting current operational status, conducting monthly headcount / labor costs reports, and facilitating regular conference calls.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required, such as updating policies, providing visa support, etc.

Requirements and skills - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.- Proven experience (2+ years) in human resources management, office management, general affairs, accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience in an R&D organization or Korean companies preferred.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is highly desirable.* Since this position is based on our Vancouver office, candidates must possess a permanent resident permit or be legally authorized to work in Vancouver.$40,000 - $55,000 a year
