You are Creator’s ambassador and advocate, ensuring our community feels connected, supported and empowered. You will develop and execute strategies that will increase brand awareness, cultivate meaningful relationships, and ultimately grow our community.

With a data-driven approach, passion for community building, and creative flair, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our community initiatives and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities : Community GrowthBuild an active and engaged Creator Community on our platform through various strategic initiativesCreate, manage, and execute a community-growth plan aligned with the company objectivesIdentify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging platforms to expand our community reach and engagement.

Plan and implement social media strategies to further our brand recognition, build followers on all platforms, and grow engagementEngage in conversations with prospective and existing influencersDevelop relationships with connected creators turning them into ambassadors for our brandIdentify and execute on partnerships that unlock access to creators and build out our creator ecosystemBuild out our community Resource Hub providing creators with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve their potentialTrack the outcomes of community activities and support the delivery of timely reporting and insights from the community.

Measure progress in the community, tracking achievement of KPI’s that produce an ROI for the client’s business. Use data-driven insights to iterate on strategies, optimize processes, and continuously improve the community growth and engagement efforts.

Community ManagementBeing the go-to person inside the community to moderate content, answer community questions and stimulate activity getting to know the groups and individual participants.

Responsible for monitoring and growing all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.)Monitor our social media accounts and responding to questions and concerns within a few minutesBe Creator’s ambassador, representing Creator at events and trade shows as neededDigital Marketing and Community NetworkingDeploy content and marketing via various digital channels to build relationships, get noticed, be relevant and compelling, and build interest in Creator.

Create content that resonates with our community to post on our social media channelsCreate educational content that focuses on collaboration, monetization, and growthRepresent our brand at events and trade shows when neededPlan and lead online and offline events including webinars and tradeshowsCross-Functional SupportSupport our Customer Success team with Community inquiries, issues, or concernsSupport our Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams in the creation of branded content when necessarySupport sales initiatives by assisting in presentation development, doing customer research and identifying opportunities.

Keep up-to-date on the industry, competitors, and other relevant topics and sourcing opportunities for growthSkills and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

2+ years experience as a community manager or similar role2+ years experience using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and Twitch2+ years experience in the Creator Economy or Martech sectorProven track record of growing an engaged community through multiple platformsStrong knowledge of social media trends and strategiesPerformance-driven.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI targetsExperience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is an assetExcellent communication and project management skillsStrong grasp of current digital marketing processes with a track record of successfully ideating, scoping, building, implementing and measuring strategies and campaignsAnalytical mindset.
