Position Highlights
ICBC’s Customer Experience and Public Affairs division is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing & Public Relations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role will lead the development and execution of a corporate-wide external communications strategy aligned to ICBC’s brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee media relations, creative services, social media, and marketing communications planning teams to enhance public perception of the organization.
- Manage a team of managers (four direct reports).
- Ensure the alignment and integration between teams so that ICBC is speaking in one voice across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Oversee ICBC’s brand governance, including standards.
- Oversee the relationships with brand and creative, media services, and social media agencies.
- Along with the Director, provide strategic advice to executives and the board on brand perception and strategy.
