Hourly salary of $24.35.

12month contract.

Fulltime : 37.50 hours per week

Remotework : Shifts start between 7 am and 10 am.

Responsibilities :

Review shortterm disability compensationclaims received according to established criteria.

Identify and follow up for outstandinginformation.

Apply contractualprovisions to process all shortterm disability compensation claimsusing software.

Maintainproductive and collaborative relationships with internal partnersto achieve and maintain client service deliverables.

Manage and continually adjust prioritiesamidst conflicting demands within very tight turnaround times.

What you will need to succeed :

Demonstrated strength in attention todetail particularly with numbers spelling and grammar.

Strong written and telephone communicationskills.

Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written).

Excellent organization prioritization and planningabilities.

Ability to manageprofessional relationships with external and internal partners.

Flexibility and ability tocope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines.

Intermediate computer skillswith Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
