Location : Nisku, AB
Employment Type : Full-time, 5 days per week (some weekends)
Hours : 10-12 hours per day (overtime available)
Compensation : Competitive hourly wage + overtime (based on experience)

Canada West 653 Solutions, a leader in industrial services and solutions, is expanding with the introduction of a new division specializing in industrial sandblasting and coatings.
This new division plays a critical role in the construction of a major hydrogen production facility. We focus on providing advanced sandblasting and coating services for large-scale steel structures and equipment, ensuring long-lasting durability and protection for our clients' assets.
As part of our growing team, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Foreman / Supervisor to lead operations at our Nisku facility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day operations in our sandblasting and coatings facility, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage, train, and support the team in maintaining safety protocols and production efficiency.
- Coordinate project schedules, staff deployment, and equipment use to optimize output and ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work adheres to client specifications and industry standards.
- Act as the key liaison between the management team and the shop floor, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial sandblasting and coating.
- NACE certification (Level 1 or 2) is a strong asset.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of coatings, blasting techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a high-demand environment, including availability for overtime and weekend work when required.
