Sales Manager

This is a regular full-time position primarily on the road throughout Ottawa Gatineau and Montreal areas.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Work closely with the District Manager Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
• Working with your team you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPAs marketing programs to customers
• Recruit develop evaluate train and motivate your team
• Stay abreast of market developments product line changes new technologies and competitor strategies
• Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications :

To join our team you need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management
• Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
