The Opportunity

You’ll attend scheduled meetings with property owners seeking leasing guidance. All leasing is completed through your registered brokerage, with additional compensation available when owners engage Royal York for property management or approved maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

• Attend scheduled meetings with property owners
• Advise owners on leasing strategy and next steps
• Manage assigned owner relationships using provided software
• Complete leasing transactions through your brokerage

Earnings

• Commission-based
• Performance-driven
• Many agents earn CA$80,000–CA$120,000+ annually, depending on availability and performance

Requirements

• Registered with an Ontario brokerage
• Professional reliability and follow-through
• Availability for scheduled appointments
