Analyst IT - Level 2

Location : Hybrid in Montreal
Shift Sunday to Friday 12 : 00 PM to 09 : 00 PM / / / Weekend Shift Sunday rotational once to twice a month.
- Incident management.
- Expert knowledge in SQL : able to build extended queries and know the SQL keyword, ideally Oracle SQL / PL-SQL.
Good knowledge in Unix and scripts
At least 4-7 years as Application Production Support
Big bonus : Investment Banking / Capital markets knowledge
PLUS :
Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, C, .Net, VBA, Client .Net, Java, The Client) would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Schedulers (Autosys, Control M), ETL tool (Datastage WTX) and file transfer tools
CFT) would be an advantage.
Team in charge of performing L1 / L2 technical issues for major in house performance and reporting applications. Render support for global business operational users including AMER operations.
The team covers 6 days a week from 12pm to 9pm including coverage for Sunday on rotational basis.
