Bilingual CustomerService Representative
Ourclient a leader in the Canadian insurance industry is seeking 20Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support theirRetirement Services team.
This is a temporary position with thepossibility of extension or conversion to fulltime. The role offersa hybrid working arrangement requiring office presence on TuesdayWednesday and Thursday.
Candidates may work from the Montr aloffice or the Halifaxoffice.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary $24.08.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Hybridwork : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.
Rotational schedule(EST) : Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8pm.
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from retirement plan members offering supporton account details and web / appnavigation.
Respond to complexcustomer queries providing accurate and completeinformation.
Process transactionsand ist members with relevantforms.
Maintain uptodateknowledge of company policies andprocedures.
Collaborate with theteam to meet service targets including Average Handling Time (AHT)schedule adherence and quality urancemetrics.
Ensure excellentcustomer service in all interactions and take a proactive approachtoproblemsolving.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education is preferred or equivalent workexperience.
12 years of customerservice or administrativeexperience.
Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written) to support clients in bothlanguages.
Experience working inan office or hybrid environment.
Familiarity with working in a KPIdrivenenvironment.
Strongtimemanagement and multitaskingabilities.
Ability to interactprofessionally with a wide range ofpersonalities.
Positive teamplayer with excellent relationshipbuildingss.
Ability to work bothindependently and within a team.
Knowledge of Canadian retirement products (preferred but notrequired).
Understanding offinancial services concepts(preferred).
