The Role :

As a Marketing Coordinator at Red Truck Beer Company, you will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, engage our audience, and support sales initiatives.

You will work closely with the marketing team to manage social media channels, create compelling content, coordinate events, and provide essential support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
• Activate at all Red Truck and partner events including content capturing and brand engagement executions.

Content Creation :

• Generate captivating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
• Develop and lead community engagement including ambassador program and content marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia assets, including videos, photos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and reinforce brand messaging.

Event & Sales Team Support :

• Provide support to the sales team by coordinating marketing materials, samples, and promotional assets for customer meetings, trade shows, and retail activations.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and product information materials to effectively communicate key selling points and drive revenue growth.
• Event support including planning, organizing and execution ranging from beer festivals to promotional activities and brand activations.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting :

• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to social media engagement, content performance, event attendance, and sales support activities.
• Generate reporting and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies and optimizations.

Key Qualifications :

• A post secondary education in marketing is considered an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of Social Media management experience
• Strong photography, video editing, and graphic design skills
• Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills
• Positive attitude, outgoing, approachable, and resilient team player
• High energy and passion for the beverage alcohol industry

Employment Type : Full-Time position, 5 days per week, weekend availability

Location : Vancouver, BC

Compensation Range : $46,000 - $56,000, plus comprehensive benefits
