Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to design, develop, and deliver SAP training programs for end users, super users, and support teams within a secure, regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling business adoption of SAP solutions by translating complex system functionality into practical, role‑based training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hands‑on workshops) for business and technical users
• Develop training materials including user guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content
• Customize training content to align with business processes, SAP modules, and user roles
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts by providing change‑management‑focused training
• Work closely with SAP functional leads, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand training needs
• Conduct training needs assessments and measure training effectiveness
• Provide post‑training support and knowledge transfer as required

Required Skills & Experience

Experience creating structured training curricula and end‑user documentation

Security Requirement

Education & Certifications (Preferred)
