Warehouse Coordinator
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock rotation
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
- Operate various equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, and reach trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist in training new warehouse staff
- Perform basic math calculations related to inventory and orders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, and reach trucks
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with distribution center operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
