Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing.

Role : Sunrise Farms is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated recruiter to join our team, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for our key facilities throughout Canada.

This role is essential to supporting our growth and operational excellence by ensuring that we attract and hire individuals who align with our organizational goals and culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for critical roles across our various facilities
  • Collaborate with and advise hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Coordinate with HR and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruiting strategies and identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to quickly address current and future hiring needs.
  • Gain insight into various divisions of Sunrise Farms, including operational strategies, business development, and other critical areas.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of recruitment plans that align with the company's broader objectives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
  • Act as a representative of Sunrise Farms, reflecting our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with potential hires.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment (agencies or corporate).
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools (including Microsoft 365), along with a strong grasp of data analysis to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize duties / projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
  • A customer service orientation, sensitive to hiring needs and understanding importance of diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Please note that the expected new hire salary range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sunrise Farms. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
