Overview :
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing purchasing and receiving functions for both our online and physical stores, maintaining accurate data, and providing support to marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Purchasing :
- Oversee full-time purchasing operations for our online stores.
- Support occasional purchasing needs for our physical store.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of products.
2. Receiving :
- Manage the receipt of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth delivery processes.
3. Data Management :
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking, including samples, pricing, and relevant product information.
- Use Excel to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format.
4. System Management & Reporting :
- Maintain and improve internal systems to streamline operations.
- Generate reports that support informed decision-making processes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in purchasing and receiving roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with a focus on data management and report generation.
- Basic experience or interest in marketing and design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in system management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
