A government institution is seeking a highly motivated and skilled records management clerk to support its Corporate Purchasing department within the Procurement Services Branch. This position focuses on ensuring the proper organization, maintenance, and migration of official records within the Corporate Purchasing SharePoint repository. The role is integral to ensuring compliance with records management guidelines, maintaining accessibility of records, and supporting organizational policies through structured and transparent processes.

- 7-month contract with a maximum extension term of 3 months.
- Full-time position : 36.25 hours per week.
- 1-hour lunch break.
- Work schedule : schedule from 8 : 15 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Mandatory Training :
Upon joining, the successful candidate will undergo comprehensive mandatory training to ensure alignment with organizational standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Security and Cybersecurity protocols, Information Management practices, and Respect in the Workplace guidelines. Additional training—both mandatory and optional—may also be introduced to support ongoing professional development and compliance.
