Responsibilities
- Provide support to members of the Leadership and project teams, including documentation, project controls, KPIs, forecasting
- Responsible for coordinating reports and documentation that support the collection of and review of initiatives within the portfolio
- Assist with communicating relevant and up to date departmental information to various stakeholders and team members
- Assist with documentation reviews / proofreading
- Create presentations and workflow diagrams
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working in a project management environment, providing project support, managing work-packages and small to medium work plans and schedules.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a technology project environment
- PMP and / or Prince2 certifications are considered an asset
- Strong writing skills specific, but not limited to, report writing, Power Point presentations, meeting minutes, emails, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Power Point & Visio
