What You'll Do
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Deliver accurate information about offerings in a clear and professional manner
- Handle questions, provide guidance, and build trust throughout the customer interaction
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using mobile tools
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing skill development sessions
- Work toward personal and team performance goals, including conversion targets
- Represent Alcance Inc. and our clients with integrity and professionalism at all times
