What are we looking for?
Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions
• Advocate for clients’ needs
• Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition
• Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care
• Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians
• Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
• Create moments of joy for clients during your care

Required Qualifications:

• Must be lisenced and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Community home care experience is preferred
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required
• RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $32.50
