Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will assume a leadership role within our Revenue team, reporting directly to the VP, Revenue.

You will manage an agile team consisting of a Salesforce Administrator and a Junior Data Entry Assistant. Your expertise in data analysis, revenue modeling, and process optimization will be instrumental in achieving revenue goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams.

By providing valuable insights and implementing best practices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's revenue growth and overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure

Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality

Establish and manage processes for partner relationships, including partner referrals and performance tracking.

Develop dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends

Collect, clean, and analyze revenue data to derive actionable insights

Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings;

OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board and Team meetings

Optimize Revenue Team workflows and tools to enhance productivity and optimize performance metrics

Manage a robust technology stack, including; Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Sweep, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Ada, PartnerStack and more

Remain educated on Revenue operations trends and best practices, inclusive of implementing AI to optimize personal, team and company efficiency

Ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting while working cross-functionally with teams supporting other critical tools such as Metabase and Hubspot

Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members

Lead and mentor a Salesforce Administrator to ensure effective CRM management and support, while overseeing and guiding a Junior Data Entry Assistant, providing direction on data collection and analysis

Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning / modeling process

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Data, Finance or Revenue / Sales Operations roles , inclusive of 2+ years leading a team or owning a Revenue / Sales Operations function , as well as experience in the SaaS industry and knowledge of subscription-based revenue models.

You also have :

Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools / techniques; Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc

Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Sales, Customer Support and Partnership specific technologies

Strong interest in AI and its applications in optimizing operations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Strong leadership and project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements

Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders, including senior management

A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business success
