Bilingual Scanning Clerk - Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is looking for two Bilingual Scanning Clerks to support their team with additional workload.
This role offers a six-month contract where you will work with new systems and play a key role in processing and organizing important documents for the team.
What is in it for you :
- Hourly salary of $17.78.
- 6-month contract.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Remote position : Weekdays.
- Flexible schedule : Between 7 am and 6 pm.
Responsibilities :
- Process and review documents, attaching images to the correct requester in the Navigator system.
- Handle expense reimbursements as indicated on invoices.
- Establish absence management solutions for different contracts.
- Search for unidentified images and manage requests to delete, move, or return documents.
- Proactively report concerns to management for escalation.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Process emails from multiple team inboxes.
- Enter data, including claim forms and claims payment information into Navigator.
What you will need to succeed :
- Post-secondary education (college) is required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience in imaging (an asset).
- Fast typing skills (an asset).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French to support clients in both languages.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage heavy workloads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
