Role objectives : User Experience Designers at OpenText research, design, prototype, and test software products that solve critical business needs of our customers. Leveraging an understanding of underlying architecture, product vision, and requirements, we create compelling, usable interfaces for complex enterprise software across desktop, web, tablet, and mobile. We work as essential development team members in a highly collaborative, agile environment creating industry-leading Enterprise Information Management solutions. The Sr. Principal UX Designer leads cross‑product unit design initiatives, coordinating all UX disciplines, and collaborates closely with Development and Product Management stakeholders.
What The Role Offers
What You Need To Succeed
A plus : Experience designing complex enterprise applications (DAM, ECM, SAP, RM, BPM, ERP, or WCM).
A plus : Prior experience doing UX within an Agile environment.
A plus : UI development experience (HTML, CSS, JS) for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
Education : Degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related experience.
