Your mission would be :

Analyze, design, document and lead the production of architecture deliverables (ex : target blueprints, implementation strategies, capabilities-driven gap analysis, market scans, etc.

and collaborate with various technical and business teams, with the primary objective of supporting the implementation and evolution of our AI products such as call quality center analytics, underwriter advisory expert system and ML-Ops foundational capabilities.

Your tech stack :

• AWS : Containers (ECS), Serverless (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Function), IAM, VPC, Amazon SageMaker
• AI / ML-Ops platforms (ex : ML-flow, LabelStudio, Airflow)
• Front-End experience (ex : Angular)
• Container management platforms (ex : OKE / K8s)

Your profile :

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology / software engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in serverless and multi-tenant applications architecture on AWS
• Strong knowledge of secure development and architecture principles (Authentication, Authorization, Encryption)
• Knowledge in distributed applications architecture
• Knowledge of various DevOps paradigms (ex : DataOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent at explaining complex and technical ideas to various stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Experience leveraging an architecture framework / methodology such as TOGAF (an asset).
• Experience with Telephony (an asset)
• Must be bilingual
• AWS Certified Architect Associate
• AWS Certified Developer Associate
• AWS Certified SysOps Associate (an asset)
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty (an asset)
