We cover North America with more than 20 000 employees. We are looking for energetic and motivated full-time drivers to support our growing business.

Position : DZ Driver / Front-end

Workplace : Ottawa, Québec

Employment : Permanent position. Ideally based in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customer needs for service. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies.
• Responsible for daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Complete an assigned daily route as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Drive to customer sites, set lifting, and empty bins into the front-end vehicle, then return the bin to the original location. Transfer the waste to the appropriate station, landfill or drop-off location.
• Perform driver check-ins at day’s end to ensure complete and accurate paperwork.
• Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner.
• Ensure that all protocols are followed while dumping loads at municipal recycling / waste facilities.
• May be required to climb the ladder on the truck to inspect loads.
• May perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
