Job Description
Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full‑time, permanent AI / ML Developer to support enterprise‑scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes advanced AI, machine learning, and natural language processing capabilities to deliver intelligent, scalable, and semantically enriched KM solutions.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics or related field
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models
- Expertise in NLP including tokenization, entity recognition, topic modeling, and semantic search
- Experience with knowledge graph construction and querying (RDF, SPARQL)
- Familiarity with AI‑based content rewriting and contradiction detection
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT‑4, Claude) for summarization and generation
- Use of FAISS or Pinecone for semantic search and clustering
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and DevOps pipelines
- Familiarity with DITA XML, XSLT, and document‑as‑code principles
- Ability to handle bilingual datasets and merge them into unified knowledge articles
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and explainability
Nice to Have Skills
Experience integrating linguistic resources like FrameNet for semantic enrichmentFamiliarity with CI / CD pipelines and Git for managing code and content workflowsExposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau for post‑migration analyticsExperience in public sector KM modernization or large‑scale deploymentsComfort with evolving technologies and shifting requirementsGeneral Requirements
