Job Position Title : Spa Associate

Job Status : Casual / Part-Time (Day / Evening shifts)

Job Reports To : Spa Manager

SUMMARY :

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Orleans is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health and wellness.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services.

With over 500 North American locations, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

We are seeking a key player who thrives in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link by contributing to our customers receiving nothing short of an exceptional spa experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Welcome and greet clients / guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures / file maintenance
• Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Possess Windows computer knowledge / skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1-3 years experience working in a customer service or membership-driven environment
• Experience working in a sale and / or hospitality environment is considered an asset
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work as a team player and independently
