A Montreal-based company offering voice processing technology solutions is looking for a Service and Technical Support Agent.
The successful candidate must be familiar with the Windows environment and the Office suite, understand local network infrastructure and PC components.
This position is 100% remote working, allowing for a high degree of autonomy and a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration (remote)
- User training
- Technical support for dictation, speech recognition and medical transcription software
- 24 / 7 on-call availability one week in 3 (bonus offered)
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service
- Previous level 1 technical support experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Autonomy, dynamism and ability to handle complex problems
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Knowledge of local network infrastructure and PC components
- Proficiency in Office suite and Windows environment
