Responsibilities

• Install and configure the latest data center networking and compute equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with expert assistance.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd tier consultation to debug complex network topologies using SD‑Access, Catalyst Center, SD‑WAN, and other advanced protocols.
• Support customers during critical network incidents and manage a case load of high‑criticality issues.
• Identify, document, and resolve customer‑reported issues while driving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze diverse problems and correlate data across multiple platforms.
• Deliver system / product training to customers and contribute to the knowledge base for internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional high‑touch technical services teams and product engineering.
• Lead problem resolution efforts with internal stakeholders, including HTOM, HTE, TAC, and product engineering.
• Eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
