Were lookingfor an organized dedicated individual with experience inhospitality and / or administration to help lead our team in oursuccessful Corporate Team Building Events throughout the year atour Interactive Culinary Centre.
Working under the directsupervision of our owners this individual will spearhead thebehindthescenes communication of theCentre.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limitedto :
- Creating andupdating the monthly calendars
- Managing thegeneral communications by responding to all inquiries ( both emailand phone) regarding private events public classes or other similarmatters
- Liaising with potential clients toorganize and execute Corporate Team Building events throughpersonalized communication custom proposals contracts andmore
- Management of all administrative processesand procedures on site at the culinarycentre
- Payment processing for corporate groupsand individual public clients
- Creating allprivate event invoices along with processing finalpayments
- Building out custommized recipebooklets for each private event as per specificcontracts
- Manage and update Waitlists andmailing lists website updates etc.
- Front ofhouse support as needed for both public and privateclasses
Requiredexperience :
- 2 years inhospitality / tourism management
- 2 years inadministrationrelated role
- Bachelors degree orequivalent in communication / marketing / hospitality / other similarfield
Experiencewith the following programs considered anasset :
- Google Drive(Gmail Google Sheets GoogleDocs)
- Squarespace
- AdobeAcrobat
- MailChimp
- Socialmedia platforms (Facebook InstagramLinkedIn)
Salarydetails
$60000 plus additionalcommission of up to $6000annually.
