Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide product information and answer inquiries.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
