Position Summary

In our 12-bed inpatient unit and outpatient clinic, as well as through consultations in medical, surgical units, and the ER, you’ll ensure comprehensive, tailored care. Beyond the hospital, you’ll help shape and deliver transformative psychiatric services in the rural East Kootenays, providing innovative treatment alongside our clinical teams and Indigenous partners. Qualfications

• You'll hold, or be eligible for, licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
• If you’re a US-trained physician with ABMS certification in psychiatry, you may be eligible to practice under the USA certified class.
• To practice medicine here, you’ll have coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
