The Deployment and Support Specialist is an IT professional responsible for the deployment and support of mission critical technologies in police, fire, and medical; emergency services environments. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment and interacting with customers. We are looking for a self-starter, who is continually looking to improve their; efficiency and team productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities;

Install, upgrade and configure application suite on various client, cloud and internal Linux servers;

Deploy database changes to client sites;

Plan and coordinate data migration between systems;

Configure and maintain tools for generating, deploying and tracking product builds;

Improve the performance and reliability of product builds and deployment strategies;

Communicate with customer IT staff on deployment issues;

Troubleshoot, document and resolve issues as needed;

Effectively work on multiple concurrent customer and/or internal projects;

Provide on-call support after hours on a rotational basis;

Keep abreast of trends in technology and business requirements;

Degree in computer science or related field;
