Our client, a leading cost consulting and project management firm has immediate openings for a number of roles including Senior Consultant and Associate Directors based in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
Working with the loan monitoring team, the selected candidates will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service.

Salary $110k $140kJob Responsibilities : Preparing Cost Management estimates and reports for all asset classes related to real estate / infrastructure throughout CanadaOverseeing Loan Monitoring reports for all asset classes related to real estate throughout CanadaInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesResearch related to construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published dataIdentifying opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and productsKnowledge management Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and sharedProcess improvement Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processesQuality Control Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO auditsTaking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesLeading a CM team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilitiesTaking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clientsIdentifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunitiesLead proposals for new work or variations for existing projectsAttending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunitiesStaff management Inputting into the formal management of staff and recruitment interviewsUndertake Staff Performance reviewsFinancial management Utilizing the tools provided keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee / resource forecasts for each commissionExperience : Commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on timeService delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointmentStrong relationships are developed with clients and cross-functional team membersThe team is effectively ledLine management responsibilities are effectively dischargedBusiness development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified and acted uponMargin levels and monthly fee / resource forecasts are kept track of on all commissionsKey information and data is effectively cascaded and appropriately retainedLocal Canadian experience is required, local GTA experience is an assetEDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS : 7+ years of relevant experienceProven real estate experienceRecognized university degreeMembership in relevant professional organizationsOnly candidates with authorisation to work in Canada will be considered.
