Job Description

• Being a part of a Global team that provides day to day support of Real Estate and Real Asset products namely Yardi, but also other applications utilized by MUFG’s internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as business solution owner for applications within Real Estate and Real Asset operating models and provide SME-level support as required.
• Working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders irrespective of their location or time-zone.
• Assist in the development of processes and best practice standards that will be applied either to the Global support team or other functions leveraging RE / RA applications or tools.
• Provide business solutions working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and gaps and define / implement solutions as needed.
• Support Product lead on Product roadmap items including system integrations, platform enhancements, and new acquisitions as needed.
• System management from a SOC 1 perspective ensuring all relevant protocols are being respected and all reporting is completed and recorded.
• Management & development of the Real Estate help desk function.
• Support the business development and Client Integration teams to attract new business and onboard to the Target Operating Model.
• Working closely with the Client Operations team to ensure optimum system usage and remediation of system configuration / processing methodology where required.
• Stay current with new technologies, tools or applications and acquire new skills required to cater to changing demands.
• Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar role with experience supporting Yardi or working as a Yardi super user would be ideal but not essential
• Strong background in Fund or Investor Administration, with an understanding of Real Estate and Real Asset fund structures, accounting, fee calculations, economics, processes, and life cycles would be highly advantageous
• A background in financial accounting would be useful
• Experience of working in projects and product management would be useful
• Good technical skills in Excel, SQL or Yardi would be highly advantageous
• Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business / application requests.
• Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
