French Bilingual Insurance Customer Support - Remote

A day in the life providing Insurance Sales and Support through the Platform :
- Support customers calling with insurance questions, in both English and French
- Make changes to existing policies such as processing cancellations or refunds of purchased policies.
- Interpret policies and provide benefit information to customers.
