Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and project goals to define the scope of Salesforce implementation projects.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements, utilizing standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements, including both functional and technical specifications.
- Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with clients to identify and prioritize business processes and system enhancements.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality implementations.
- Conduct data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and loading into Salesforce.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality and accuracy of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Provide user training and support to clients, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors, working closely with clients and technical resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and architects, to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including experience with custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce features.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
- Experience with data migration tools and processes, including data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and loading.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and industry standards, with the ability to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Certifications in Salesforce Administration and / or Salesforce Developer are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
