ThePatient Coordinator is responsible for managing the patientexperience within the healthcare practice ensuring efficientscheduling communication and support throughout the patientjourney.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Serveas the primary point of contact for patients addressing inquiriesandconcerns.
  • Coordinatepatient appointments including scheduling confirmations andfollowups.
  • istpatients with registration and insurance verificationprocesses.
  • Collaboratewith clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow andcommunication.
  • Maintainaccurate patient records and ensureconfidentiality.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; ociates degree in healthcareadministration or related fieldpreferred.
  • Experiencein a patientfacing role within a healthcaresetting.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationss.
  • Proficientin practice management software and electronic health records (EHR)systems.
