This role is integral to supporting the processingof health and dental claims as the team transitions from a legacysystem to a cuttingedge cloudbased platform.
The position offersthe flexibility of remote work from anywhere in Canada making itideal for professionals who are able to work within EasternStandard Timehours.

Hourly salary of $21.27.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm EST with required availabilityduring core hours between 10 : 00 am and 3 : 00pm.

Responsibilities :
Assess and adjudicate complex health and dental claims inaccordance with contract provisions ensuring decisions are madeefficiently and accurately.
Takeownership of assigned claims prioritizing work based on urgency andclient needs.
Maintainhighquality customer service by meeting preestablished servicestandards influencing both internal and externalclients.
Contribute to financialefficiency and continuous improvement initiatives within theteam.
Work towards improving NetPromoter Scores (NPS) by achieving customer satisfaction andresolution.
Apply risk managementtools and techniques effectively to manageclaims.
Participate in projectsaimed at enhancing claims practices in line with the teams cultureof continuous improvement.
Resolve customer and claim issues independently escalating orhanding off only whennecessary.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Education and Experience : Postsecondary education is preferred orequivalent experience.
Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365.
Communication : Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills for diverseaudiences.
Attention to Detail : Quick assessment skills with a strong eye for detail; ability toreview receipts extract data and input informationaccurately.
Customer Service : Strong focus on delivering highquality customerservice.
Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as partof a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
Initiative : Abilityto take initiative and demonstrate excellent interpersonalskills.
Language Skills : Bilingual in English and French is anasset.
Industry Experience : Previous experience in claims adjudication the insurance orhealthcare industry call centers or data processing is aplus.
