One of our major banking clients is looking for Bilingual (French) Receptionist Office Admin Length : 12 months contract approx.

With the possibility of extension. Location : Ottawa, ON Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm JOB SUMMARY : This person must present a personal professional image and be able to accomplish several tasks daily with tight deadlines.

Candidates must possess proven multi-tasking abilities, be punctual and very personable; outgoing and customer service focused.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Outstanding verbal communications skills in French and English (Oral / Written)Professional presence, including attire and demeanor appropriate for the specific customer environmentReceive and direct multiple incoming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone systemDocument accurate and complete messagesGreet and direct visitors and adhere to customer security / badge requirementsSet-up, maintain files / records Responsible for conference room scheduling and meeting set upPerform office and records managementMay be asked to cover mail / print production or fulfillment duties (faxing, scanning, copying)General administrative support SKILLS : Able to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to read, write and follow instructionsIntermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents), internet navigation and Windows ExplorerAble to use phone equipment per trainingExcellent customer service.
