About the Opportunity
- Oversees the Finance Department, including Financial Accounting.
- Coordinates payroll processing in collaboration with a team member.
- Supports recruitment and employee transitions.
- Manages client-focused bookkeeping and payroll, primarily addressing inquiries.
- Prepares monthly financial reporting packages in a cyclical business environment.
About You
- 3 years of accounting experience
- 1-2 years of team management experience
- Proficiency in German (reading and writing) required
- Experience with QuickBooks and CRM Systems (MS Dynamics)
- Knowledge of ASPE and German Reporting Standards
Salary Range
$90,000 to $100,000 / year
