Salesforce Business Analyst
This opportunity is aimed at a business analyst with experience in Salesforce integration. This company in the financial and leasing sector is looking for a Salesforce technical business analyst to finalize the integration and customization of the platform.
The person will be the bridge between internal stakeholders and the external integration firm.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be
- Collect the business needs of the company's various stakeholders in order to translate them into operational functionalities
- Documentation / mapping / process mapping
- Communication with external suppliers
- Participate in the writing of business processes and functional requirements
- Participate in the API production, testing and deployment phases
- Setting up reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Qualifications
Diploma in technology or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst
Expertise in Salesforce integration
Knowledge of RestAPI
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience in the financial industry (Asset)
Salesforce Certification (Asset)
