Job Description :
As a Business Analyst, Capital Markets Solutions Corporate, you contribute to the delivery of our strategic, multi-year projects for the Capital Markets business line. You will be at the heart of a team of experts focused on structuring and building business and technology solutions. The team is responsible for implementing major projects that enhance our end-to-end processes and application ecosystem.
You will take part in analysis, design, and implementation of foundations supporting new financial products, evolving needs across asset classes, trading desks, operational teams, and meeting regulatory and technological requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sponsor, project manager, architects, Product Owner, IT teams, and internal partners.
More specifically, you will :
Analyze business needs and processes, ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives
Contribute to feasibility, design, and execution phases, including requirements gathering, RFI / RFP processes, roles and responsibilities, stakeholder and risk identification
Produce clear business deliverables for stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, etc.)
Create business requirements, Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), use cases, and target operating models; identify impacted processes
Participate in requirements prioritization and agile delivery strategy
Collaborate with internal partners to assess requests, end-to-end impacts, dependencies, and risks
Perform solution comparisons following RFPs and prepare recommendations based on evaluation criteria
Ensure alignment with the tech ecosystem and architecture
Develop validation strategies and maintain unit tests
Identify process optimization opportunities and document improvements
What You Will Bring :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum six years of prior business analysis experience in delivering capital markets business solutions
Other relevant combinations of education and experience may be considered
Knowledge of French required
Knowledge of specialized capital markets solutions
Advanced English proficiency due to tasks, tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners
Strong experience with IT collaboration and agile methodology
Strong proactive approach : structured agenda and preparation for every meeting
Expertise in leading business discussions and driving decisions
Expertise in end-to-end business solution management (trading platforms, position management, valuation, collateral, settlement, accounting, risk)
Expertise in communicating effectively with executive stakeholders
