Our Saint-Hyacinthe office is looking for a Customer Service Agent!
The Customer Service Agent answers the entering phone calls from customers, manages customer requests throughout the sales process.
They identify and respond to customer needs and advise them on the company's products. He / she establishes a long-term relationship of trust with them and ensures quality service, both in terms of order processing, deliveries, and after-sales follow-up.

Your role :
Support industrial sales department by being customers first contact : Identify and respond to customer needs;Inform and advise customers on products;
Complete and process orders Identify and meet customer needs
- Complete clerical tasks for sales or production;
- Direct requests and problems to the right resources;
- Receive and document customers complaints and non-conformities;
- May answer calls for the reception (replacement);
Requirements :
- Communication : ease with multiple channels and multiple recipients, interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy;
- Agility : resourcefulness, autonomy and multi-tasking;
- Organization : good management of priorities and stress.
- Fluency in French and professional English (spoken and written);
- Mastery of metric and imperial systems of measurement.
Formation and experience :
- Administrative, sales, customer service or related training
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience (knowledge of sales techniques)
