Meet Fresh Prep Canada’s most convenient and sustainable meal kit delivery service.

As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging.

We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

In the past few years, we have collected many awards and recognition for our continued pursuit in being a leader in both customer and employee satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensuring performance improvement

Priority setting for each department based on overall impact,monetary, time and resource constraints

Mentorship and succession planning

Working towards world-class processes and systems in the areas of :

Process Management

Equipment Utilization / Performance

Maintenance

Food Safety

Health and Safety

Workplace Culture

Long term resource planning

Effectively present business cases that support and prioritize continuous improvement projects

What We Are Looking For

5-7 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment, including cost management, production planning, inventory control, quality control, and continuous improvement

3-5 years of experience leading a high-performing management team and developing talents

A Lean Six Sigma certification is considered a significant asset

Ability to demonstrate successes in driving operational improvements while ensuring daily performance

Highly professional attitude and diplomatic skills, ability to establish effective partnerships at all levels of the organization as a collaborative team player

Experience in developing, communicating, and analyzing financial performance metrics for facilities

Experience in food processing technologies
