The Role

The Talent Programs Manager Learning and Advancement serves as the lead for designing executing and administering enterprise-wide learning and career advancement initiatives. This role balances hands-on operational responsibilities with senior-level individual contributor expectations including influencing learning strategy and collaborating with Workforce Effectiveness and Talent Management leaders. The role oversees day-to-day program management platform administration and targeted program execution while providing subject matter expertise to support organizational learning and career growth. What You Do

Program Strategy and Execution

• Oversee the design and operationalization of the organizations learning strategy influencing stakeholders across the business.
• Lead planning execution and day-to-day management of programs coordinating workstreams such as career frameworks skills strategy and learning enablement.
• Partner with HRBPs Talent program teams and business leaders to embed learning career development and capability-building initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

What You Bring

This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada.
