What are we looking for?
Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to: Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions Advocate for clients’ needs Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs Create moments of joy for clients during your care Required Qualifications: Must be lisenced and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Community home care experience is preferred Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual Salary: $32.50 Integracare uses AI to support application screening.
