The Authorized Repair Technician diagnoses issues with Apple products and provides swift resolutions.

Your typical day :
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mobile Apple products such as iPhone, AirPods, and iPadProvide legendary service to customers, in-person and over the phoneOwn the administration of warranty and repair processesOrganize stock and manage inventory of parts used for repairsMaintain productivity standards of quality service and customer satisfactionAct as an Apple and Tbooth wireless brand ambassadorEducate customers on how to use their products more efficiently and prevent similar issuesQualifications :
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones or electronicsCertification in Apple Service and experience with GSX is an assetAn excellent communicator and a team playerAbility to stay organized and meet deadlinesHave excellent time management skills and can make decisions quicklyAvailable to work flexible schedules including opening, closing and weekend shiftsGLENTEL Inc.
