Reportingto the Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of officecoordination and administration ensuring that the company functionsseamlessly all because this is second nature for you.
Assistingwith the administrative aspects of credit support and mortgageunderwriting you will need to have a keen eye for detail and beable to manage your time flawlessly.
You are someone who can easilybalance professionalism and fun within the office as you will bethe first point of contact for both clients and team membersproviding general information and support with questions orconcerns.

Responsibilities :
- Responsiblefor all reception duties including inbound outbound calls andemails as well as routing calls to appropriate teammembers;
- Completebank deposit runs asrequired;
- Assistwith preparation of mortgage renewals and relateddocumentation;
- Developupdate and maintain mortgage records and reporting using internalmortgage administrationsoftware;
- Completerequired credit checks andsearches;
- Ensurerequired client documentation is received and processed in a timelymanner;
- Assistwith all aspects of regular reporting in various forms toshareholders;
- Maintainan inventory of office supplies and order asrequired;
- Supportthe workflow of the business by organizing schedules arrangingappointments and overseeing clientcommunications;
- Ensureaccurate and complete record management;
Other tasks andresponsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Previouscustomer or client service experience is required;
- Adegree diploma or certificate in a related field would beconsidered an asset;
- Proficientwith multiline phone systems and able to manage a high volume ofcalls;
- Strongverbal and written communicationskills;
- Abilityto develop strong business relationships with coworkers andclients;
- Abilityto collaborate with team members and assist with their ongoingneeds;
- Extensiveexperience using MS Office programs (Excel WordOutlook);
- Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of ateam;
- Abilityto work on tightdeadlines;
- Strongorganizational and planning skills with the ability toprioritize;
- Previouslight bookkeeping (AP / AR) experience is considered anasset.
Thisis a fulltime office position (Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm)that is accompanied by an excellent total compensation package.
