About Us :

We are a dynamic Vancouver-based fashion company seeking a talented and ambitious Company Sales Representative to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional service to our established account base while actively sourcing new sales opportunities through strategic territory research, inbound leads, and proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, etc.).
  • Deeply understand customer needs to effectively close sales and consistently meet quarterly quotas.
  • Expand and maintain a robust customer database within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to enhance brand awareness.
  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Organize, attend, and manage trade show booths.
  • Utilize sales analytics to refine selling strategies.

Requirements :

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows (16-20 weeks per year).
  • Valid Passport and Drivers License
  • Solid experience in both inside and outside sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving retail landscape and how e-commerce and online sales will be apart of future sales strategy.
  • Knowledge of the apparel or fashion industry (retail and / or wholesale) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and build new business.
  • Strong phone skills and daily customer outreach experience.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (experience with Nu Order is a plus), corporate productivity, and web presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and possessing a strong sales aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with high integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
